Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-08. Last updated: 2026-10-09.
These terms cover Keyword Product Research Assistant, the owner's private web tool and retained Windows application, and their public information pages.
1. Personal use
The tool supports the owner's pre-launch product research and keyword preparation for possible future Google Ads campaigns. The owner has not yet registered a Shopify store. The web tool at 91sks.com/app/ is restricted to the owner after website access-code authentication. It is not a public query service or a tool for other people's Google Ads accounts. No paid subscription is offered.
2. Access and availability
Live queries require appropriate Google Ads API access, authorized account access, completed backend configuration, and API availability. Website login does not grant Google Ads permissions. Brand verification and API approval do not mean Google endorses this tool or its research conclusions.
3. Authorized use
The owner must use authorized accounts and credentials and comply with Google's API terms, User Data Policy, and approved-use restrictions. Do not bypass access controls or quotas, collect other people's credentials, resell restricted access, or misrepresent the purpose.
The tool reads research data. It does not create advertisements, change campaigns, allocate budgets, or spend advertising money.
4. Research limitations
Search volumes, advertiser competition, and bids are historical estimates. Historical requests cover up to four years, but Google may return only the available months. Average CPC is a legacy field and may be unavailable. Device counts are aggregate totals, not per-keyword statistics. Related keywords and concept annotations are supplied by Google, without product recommendations or scoring by this tool. A public URL supplied for expansion is sent to Google for webpage-based keyword discovery; do not include credentials or private tokens. An owner-started research task automatically requests result pages within its configured limits, saves successful pages and reports incomplete coverage. Additional scope and retries are owner-controlled. Text-based product and intent labels are inferences, not verified purchasing evidence. An authorized local client can use the same website authentication to create, read and continue tasks. Metrics may be missing or shared across close variants. Advertising competition is not product competition or SEO difficulty; bid ranges do not guarantee future ad prices. Results do not guarantee demand, sales, profit, or advertising performance.
5. Credentials and files
The owner is responsible for securing their website access code, Google access, server-side secrets, Windows device, and downloaded files. Credentials must not be placed in browser code, public repositories, exports, or knowledge-base notes. Revoke access through Google Ads and Google Cloud as described in the Privacy Policy.
Single-query results are held in the current page. Research tasks and their successful page results are saved in a private D1 database until the owner deletes them. Reloading reads saved progress without automatically requesting Google data.
6. Availability and changes
This personal tool has no service-level or ongoing support commitment. Google may change its API, data, quotas, access rules, or account requirements. The tool may be updated or discontinued according to the owner's needs and applicable requirements.
7. Independent services and contact
Google Ads API use and hosting are subject to their providers' terms. The tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Shopify.
The Privacy Policy describes web and local data handling. Contact: lh56b02@gmail.com. Do not email passwords, private keys, or tokens.
